As a general guideline, our custom cakes begin at $250, with final pricing tailored to reflect your specific vision. Once we’ve reviewed your details, you’ll receive a personalized proposal outlining your design, inclusions, and investment.

Do I need to schedule an in-person tasting and consultation if I’m placing an order for a wedding cake?
While an in-person tasting and design consultation is not required, it is highly recommended for couples who would like a fully guided, immersive planning experience. During this 60-minute consultation, you’ll enjoy a curated selection of our most requested wedding cake flavors while collaborating with us on the design details of your cake and any accompanying dessert offerings.
For couples unable to attend in person, we also offer a to-go tasting experience allowing you to explore flavors on your own schedule.
Our in-person tasting and consultation is a standalone service, thoughtfully designed to provide dedicated time, expertise, and a refined tasting experience. Tastings are $160 for up to four guests.
If you prefer to secure your wedding date without a tasting and consultation, you may do so by submitting a $300 non-refundable date retainer. This hold fee typically reserves your date for up to 30 days, during which final decisions for your dessert order are thoughtfully confirmed and refined. This payment is applied toward the required 50% non-refundable retainer, officially reserving your date and initiating the design phase.
Can I order petite desserts without booking The Signature Styled Table?
Yes. For clients who would like their petite desserts thoughtfully arranged without the full Signature Styled Table experience, we offer a Dessert Placement Service.
This service includes the intentional placement of your desserts on a client-provided or venue-provided table, using a clean and cohesive layout that complements your celebration. While this option does not include specialty rentals, elevated styling elements, or full table design, it ensures your desserts are presented with care and professionalism.
Dessert Placement is ideal for couples seeking a polished presentation without the additional layers of styling included in The Signature Styled Table. Availability is limited and subject to scope, venue logistics, and overall event flow.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes. Delivery is available for select dessert orders and is based on the delivery location, order size, and event details. To ensure the quality and presentation of each order, delivery availability and pricing are determined at the time of booking.
For larger orders, specialty designs, or events requiring additional coordination, delivery may be required. All delivery details—including timing and fees—will be clearly outlined in your proposal or invoice prior to confirmation.
Do you accept orders for Sundays and Mondays?
Sweet Elevations is closed on Sundays and Mondays. This dedicated time allows us to reset with intention, ensuring every detail is approached with clarity, care, and creative focus. However, select Sunday or Monday fulfillment may be available based on personal availability and the scope of the event. This flexibility is typically reserved for weddings and larger celebrations serving 100+ guests. Availability for these dates is limited and considered on a case-by-case basis.
Do you offer gluten-free or sugar-free desserts?
At this time, we do not offer gluten-free or sugar-free desserts. Our menu is intentionally crafted using traditional ingredients to ensure the highest quality, consistency, and flavor across every design. While we are unable to accommodate these specific dietary needs, we’re always happy to help you explore options that best align with your overall dessert vision.
