The Creative Behind the Cakes
Meet Alicia
I’m a real cake and dessert connoisseur. I’m not sure about you, but it’s not just about the aesthetics for me. It has to taste good, too. It can be the most beautiful cake with the most gorgeous details, but if it doesn’t please my palette – no thank you.
It’s also about the memories from the experience. Growing up, our family would order cakes from a home baker by the name of Ms. Tobias. She baked the most amazing cakes with the perfect buttercream designs just the way we liked it, moist texture that would just melt in your mouth, and just the right amount of sweetness from the frosting that would hit the inside of your cheeks. We eventually lost touch with her and were never able to find another cake baker with the same skill and creativity. The memories of her cakes still linger in my mind today.
Those same experiences and memories are what we hope for each of our clients. We create cakes and desserts that captures the essence of your story and uniqueness, celebrates your journey, elevates and engages with all of your senses, and provides an experience that’s truly extraordinary.
