It’s simple and convenient—just select your desired cake flavors and desserts, share design details and inspiration photos to help us customize your order to fit your brand’s style, and provide specific event details for pick-up or delivery planning purposes. Our streamlined process ensures that every detail is captured, making it easy for you to enjoy a seamless ordering experience.

Review and Accept the Estimate
Estimates are emailed within 24-72 business hours of receiving your order form. Carefully check all details, including item descriptions, quantities, customizations, and pricing before accepting the estimate. Your acceptance confirms that all information is accurate and that you agree with the terms outlined. Once accepted, the invoice will immediately be sent via email.

Sign and Secure
To ensure a smooth and seamless process, we kindly ask all clients to review and sign our Terms of Service. This document outlines important details and policies regarding your order. By signing, you confirm your understanding and agreement, helping us provide you with the best possible service.
To secure your order, a non-refundable and non-transferable 50% retainer, along the signed Terms of Service, is required. The remaining payment schedule is detailed in the invoice.
